Instem's Customer Involvement Program (CIP) is a key component in our global solution development process. The CIP allows you to help shape Instem’s solution roadmap, see solutions under development and offers you the opportunity to interact directly with our software engineers and product managers at any level of participation. This interactive process allows you to proactively influence our solution plans, ensuring delivery of high quality, fit-for-purpose applications based on your needs today, and in the future.
The CIP offers a number of ways for customers to engage with us including webinars, the Instem International Conference (IIC), Customer Newsletters, the Provantis Forum - our customer-only website, our Customer Advocacy Program as well as product specific Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
