Instem Names Jim McLauchlan as Chief Financial Officer

Global information solutions provider Instem has announced the appointment of Jim McLauchlan as CFO.
McLauchlan is a chartered accountant and MBA with significant 'big five' and industry finance experience. He spent five years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the UK before moving to work for Touche Ross in Vancouver, Canada.

He has significant experience of working in the software arena, both as Chief Accountant for a rapidly growing West Coast Canadian application software business and most recently as Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer for a £25m turnover IT outsourcing business in the UK.

Speaking from Instem's US Headquarters in Philadelphia, CEO Phil Reason comments " I am delighted to welcome Jim on board as a member of the Executive Management Team. He brings with him a wealth of business and corporate finance experience and a level of services business expertise that will be very complementary to the software products experience within the rest of the business."

McLauchlan, who will be working out of Instem's UK headquarters adds " I am extremely excited to be joining Instem and am looking forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the business."
