Provantis 6.5 Released on Schedule at the end of the Year!

Instem is proud to announce that Provantis 6.5 - the latest version of our industry-leading Provantis software system was completed and released on schedule at the end 2003.
Provantis is the market-leading software system developed for companies engaged in non-clinical safety evaluation studies and is in use at over 70 sites worldwide. The advanced flexibility of the Provantis system means that it is ideal for both multi-national corporations and smaller organizations as well as organizations conducting investigational studies.
Provantis is a fully integrated, Oracle client / server application, which enables data to be shared across all the disciplines of a toxicology laboratory. It addresses all the needs of the toxicology laboratory from compound receipt through to final report production and archive.
The release of 6.5 is an important milestone for Instem and our customers and is the latest in a series of on-time releases.
Key highlights of 6.5 include:-
The addition of Calculation Parameters functionality
· Allowing reports to display calculated values based on data collected from a variety of sources (Clinical pathology, Organ weights etc)
· User definable calculations
· Statistical analysis on calculated values
Enhancements and improvements to the Pathology system including
· Significant performance improvements for matrix load and glossary copy
· Improved Code entry
· Part 11 compliant sign off of Necropsy and Slide Evaluation
· Improved Journaling, Auditing and locking
