VPS will begin accessing Provantis over the Internet within 45 days from multiple facilities through an annual subscription that includes all set-up costs, third-party licenses, training and upgrades. As new versions of Provantis become available, all online clients such as VPS will be upgraded without the need to purchase additional services.
