Instem Launches New Online Customer Center

One Stop Web Portal for Instem/Provantis User Community

CIP logoCONSHOHOCKEN, PA – (BUSINESS WIRE) – November 20, 2008As part of an ongoing commitment to its user community, Instem is pleased to announce the launch of a new on-line Customer Center – a secure one-stop Web portal for all Instem customers. The Customer Center is an integral component of Instem’s Customer Involvement Program (CIP) – a program designed to continuously strengthen and develop customer relationships.

The new Customer Center gives clients access to a wealth of product information, latest news & events, release documentation, interactive product discussion forums, handy hints and tips and more. In addition, customers can access Instem’s on-line Help Desk through the Customer Center, check the status of their support calls and log new calls.

The Customer Center is also designed as a daily destination for Instem’s SaaS (Hosting) clients, who can access their hosted Provantis system directly through the Customer Center in a safe and secure environment while also viewing relevant announcements and documentation.

The new site has been developed using XHTML and CSS, resulting in a more flexible site which can be successfully viewed in most output devices.  The site utilizes a number of powerful tools including the Interactive Events Calendar which provides details of all upcoming Instem events and offers users the opportunity to add events to their own calendar or to receive email updates. 

A key feature of the site is an interactive product release area providing users with a quick and simple way to track changes from their base release to their target release, helping to facilitate a smoother upgrade process.
