Instem Completes Global Customer Satisfaction Survey; Scores Continue to Rise

Recent Survey Shows Customer Satisfaction Up 18% from 2005 Across All Categories

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA -- - Instem, a premier global information solutions provider, announced today that it has completed its periodic customer satisfaction survey and 64% of respondents indicate that Instem is exceeding or far exceeding their expectations.

This comprehensive annual survey is sent to every Instem customer site around the world asking for open feedback in the areas of Training, Support, Validation, Technical Services, Project Management and an assessment of the overall Business Relationship. Instem's largest increase, as compared to 2005, occurred in the area of Project Management with positive feedback on delivery, the ability to meet objectives, the knowledge of Instem implementation managers and the ease of integration with the client's own project team.

A final analysis indicates that on average, nearly every respondent using an Instem system is completely satisfied with the products, services and support they use and receive.
