Are you tired of writing labels by hand or programming hundreds of numbers into a labeling program? Would you like a fully integrated label program to solve your labelling requirements?

The Provantis™ 'Labeling' module offers you a solution for all your labeling needs.

There’s no need to waste time or risk transcription errors by manually re-entering data for your labels when it already exists within Provantis™. Provantis™ label creation is quick, simple and completely user-definable allowing you to use over 350 standard label formats (including Avery) or customize your own size and layout.

You may select fields directly from the Provantis™ database and incorporate objects such as graphics, text, or fields that prompt users for input prior to printing. This may include bar-coded information (25 formats) and the definition can be saved for use by others.

Your user-defined templates may be accessed from within other Provantis™ modules for example the 'Clinical Pathology Supervisor'.

By using Labeling you can create any label required for the life cycle of your study.

Label Creation Wizard
The project wizard will simplify the creation of labels, by taking you through the entire process, including choosing page layout options, label formats and printer options.

Label Formats
Use barcodes, graphics and text. Select from the 350 pre-defined standard label formats or customize the layout of your own labels i.e. size, spacing, color, font, number of labels or forms per page horizontally and vertically. It's up to you. You can then view your selection before you print, by using the print preview function.

Printing
There is no need to purchase specialised bar-code printers or software, as Labeling works through your default Windows printer (Laser printer recommended).
